4.1 cuci44 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX online banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other participating banks), and such other methods as cuci44 may offer from time to time.
4.2 The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified on the deposit page. cuci44 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.3 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts used by another person, or anonymised payment sources may be refused and the Account suspended pending investigation.
4.4 cuci44 may implement additional verification steps for large deposits as part of its anti-money laundering ("AML") and Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations. You agree to cooperate with such requests promptly.
5.1 Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from your cuci44 Account. Minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. There is no maximum single withdrawal amount, however withdrawals exceeding RM 20,000 may be subject to enhanced verification review.
5.2 cuci44 targets e-wallet withdrawal processing within 15 minutes of approval for verified Accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals via DuitNow or FPX typically process within 1 to 4 business hours. 6.1 cuci44 offers various promotional bonuses subject to specific terms published at the time of each promotion. These Terms apply alongside any promotion-specific terms; in the event of conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
6.2 Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement ("playthrough") that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are stated in each promotion's terms.
6.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using low-risk wagering strategies to exploit promotional structures, or providing false information to obtain promotions — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. cuci44 reserves the right to cancel bonus funds, reverse associated winnings, and close the Account.
6.4 cuci44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already activated in a Player's Account will be honoured subject to its published terms.
7.1 All games offered on cuci44 operate in accordance with published game rules available within the game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules.
7.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, connection failure, or software error during a game round, cuci44 will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs and apply the correct outcome. Where reconstruction is not possible, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of cuci44's operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through cuci44's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral institution under the licensing authority.
